Women's handball: Clear victory for Romania against Kazakhstan at World Championship in Spain
Publicat:Romania's women's national handball team clearly defeated the Kazakh team, 38-17 (14-9), on Sunday, in Castello, in its second Group C match of the World Championship in Spain, agerpres reports. The tricolors played modestly in the first half of the match, ending with an advantage of only five goals, 14-9, but they played much better after the break, managing to distance them much more from their opponents on the score board, 24-8.
Sunday's success also secured the Romanian team's qualification for the main groups of the competition.
