Tőkés László's trials on "Black March" and hoisting Szeckler, Partium region flags - at ECHR
Publicat:Two trials of MEP Tokes Laszlo will be tried at the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) in Strasbourg, the one on "Black March" events (1990) - for crimes against humanity and the one on hoisting the Szeckler flag and of the Partium region, his lawyers announced on Monday.
According to lawyer Menyhart Gabriella, the "Black March" file was sent to the ECHR in September 2018 to investigate, in addition to murder, also crimes against humanity.
