President of Constitutional Court Enache: It would be useful to research into state of constitutionality of Romanian society
Publicat:The President of the Constitutional Court of Romania (CCR), Marian Enache, pleaded on Thursday for the development, in collaboration with the Romanian Academy, of a study aimed at determining and quantifying the state of constitutionality of the Romanian society, in the context in which "enough years have passed" since the adoption of the current Constitution in 1991, told Agerpres.
