Prime Minister Marcel Ciolacu had a discussion with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on Monday about "Romania's continued efforts to support Ukraine."
"Romania stands by Ukraine until its victory and reconstruction. We support the start of accession negotiations with the European Union this year. Romanians in Ukraine have our joint support," Ciolacu wrote on Twitter.
