Livestock slaughtering increased in July, but decreased in cattle, pigs, sheep and goats compared to the same month last year, official statistics released on Monday show.
According to the National Institute of Statistics (INS), during the period under review, carcass weight increased in sheep and goats and poultry, while it decreased in cattle and pigs.
