President Klaus Iohannis said on Tuesday that Romania's accession to the Schengen area remains a priority moving forward.
"Romania's accession to the Schengen area remains a priority moving forward. Romania's place is in the Schengen area," Iohannis said at the Cotroceni Palace at a meeting with heads of Romanian diplomatic missions and consular offices and directors of Romanian cultural institutes.
