Publicat:Major Laurentiu Cazan, the one who coordinated the gendarmes action at the 10 August rally in Victoriei Square told on Thursday the public TV broadcaster TVR 1, that he has nothing to blame himself for from the tactical and organizational point of view, specifying that the gendarmes intervention at the rally was taken at "the opportune moment".
"I'm a 12-year military career, I'm a deputy with the general director for public order in Bucharest. In the last year, all the high risk missions, no matter their kind, were coordinated and led by me," he told TVR 1.
