Building permits for residential buildings down 15pct in March 2020
Publicat: In March 2020, 3,224 building permits were released for residential buildings, down 15 percent compared to the same month of 2019, a decrease of 568 permits, according to the data published by the National Institute of Statistics (INS) on Thursday.
Of the 3,224 building permits released for residential buildings in March, 68 percent were for the rural area, according to the INS.
In March, decreases were recorded in the following development regions: Bucharest-Ilfov (-323 permits), West (-108), North-East and South-East (-85 each) and South-West Oltenia (-30) and Center (-1).…
