Minister-delegate for European Affairs Victor Negrescu on Tuesday participated in Brussels in the meeting of the General Affairs Council Article 50, in the context of negotiations triggered by the withdrawal of the UK from the EU, on which occasion the Romanian official said that there are discussions going on about the conclusion of an agreement to ensure an adequate protection to all European citizens in the .
