JusMin Toader:Gov't passed decision by which courts receive right to administer property where they operate
Publicat:Justice Minister Tudorel Toader announced on Thursday that the Government passed a decision under which court houses receive the right to administer the property where they carry out their activity.
"In the meeting of 22 March 2018, the Government Decision under which court houses receive the right to administer the buildings where they carry out their activity. The Government Decision refers to a number of 40 court houses, with the process continuing after the necessary documentation is received from all courts," Toader wrote on his Facebook page.
