JusMin Toader: I can start procedures for drafting a bill
Publicat:Justice Minister Tudorel Toader said on Friday that he could start the procedures for drafting a bill, thus responding to President Klaus Iohannis, who claimed on Thursday that the minister had gone to Parliament without the right of legislative initiative.
"Under Law 24, the ministries, just to speak for our case, can start procedures for drafting a bill, which is what happened at the Ministry of Justice with all the procedure you know, local debates and the other things," Toader said at the Ministry of Justice.
